Linde uses several Intelex applications, including Audit Management, Incident Management and Job Safety Analysis, to empower frontline workers to report incidents and observations that support leading indicators to keep the entire workforce safe.
Linde had two goals for its safety management system with Intelex. First, it wanted to encourage employees at the frontline to report low-severity incidents to ensure they were providing data for leading indicators that could prevent future incidents from happening. Second, Linde wanted to provide advanced data analysis to improve safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.
