Intelex won a Bronze Award for Product of the Year with HazardIQ for iNet from Oil & Gas Engineering. HazardIQ for iNet was recognized for innovation and advancement in technology. It gives organizations the ability to detect, analyze and act on gas exposure alarms in real time with data obtained directly from the connected instruments in the field. By connecting gas detectors with Intelex’s EHS Management Software, HazardIQ streamlines workflows and provides the necessary data needed by EHS and IH teams to develop a more accurate risk picture and form a prevention plan to mitigate them.

Verdantix Innovation Awards

Congratulations to Louisiana-Pacific Corporation , a leading manufacturer of quality engineered wood building materials, on winning the EHS Innovation Award at the 2017 Verdantix Summit. Dave McGowin, Operations Safety Manager, at Louisiana-Pacific accepted the award. Louisiana-Pacific implemented a corporate-wide incident management system using the Intelex platform, which engaged hundreds of workers and resulted in a 1,240% increase in near miss reporting over a 12-month period.

Intelex was named one of the Greater Toronto Area’s top employers in an exclusive list published in the The Globe and Mail, for the second consecutive year. This year’s ranking singled out 95 Toronto area employers for exceptional employment standards and work environments.

Green 30 – 2013

Intelex was voted one of Canada’s 30 greenest companies. The Green 30 study, facilitated by Aon Hewitt and Queen’s School of Business, identifies 30 organizations whose employees believe they have incorporated environmental stewardship into their business model and corporate culture.

The list, published in PROFIT magazine’s online PROFITguide, ranked 50 employers across the country on the basis of employee engagement scores, which were determined by surveying individual employees.

Intelex was named an AceTech Ontario Leadership Initiative award winner, by AceTech Ontario, for best practices and thought leadership in the area of building corporate culture. Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada – 2012

Intelex was one of only 10 Toronto businesses included in the Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada ranking, which was facilitated by Queen’s School of Business and AON Hewitt. A key metric of the study was employee engagement, calculated through a confidential, companywide survey all participant organizations had to complete. The average engagement score for this year’s winners was 83 per cent, while other participants in the study had an average score of 61 per cent.

Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the period from 2005–2009. Intelex grew 311 per cent percent during this period.

Intelex ranked as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America in Deloitte’s annual Technology Fast 500 program. The program, which was launched in 1997, ranks the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal-year revenue growth over the past 5 years, in this case from 2004 to 2008. Intelex grew 317% over this period.
