Ankur Sharma

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Ankur Sharma is a results-driven product management leader dedicated to driving customer success and delivering measurable business outcomes. With over 20 years of product and technology leadership experience at Agileframeworks, PTC, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte, he has consistently developed customer-centric SaaS solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Ankur’s expertise lies in aligning product strategies with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring that every product developed delivers tangible value to the end user and creates long-term revenue growth for the business.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Ankur has led global teams to build and scale software products that solve key customer pain points while driving market share, revenue, and loyalty. His agile approach to product development enables rapid iteration and faster time-to-market, ensuring products continuously evolve based on customer feedback and market demands.

A strategic and empathetic leader, Ankur collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to align product strategies with customer needs and business goals, fostering innovation and long-term success.

Avi Kamboj

Chief Financial Officer

Avi Kamboj is the Chief Financial Officer at Intelex, where he partners with the executive team to drive growth, scale the business, and deliver long-term value creation. Avi is a growth-oriented finance leader with deep experience scaling SaaS and B2B software companies. He brings a strong capital allocation mindset, combining financial discipline with a focus on investing behind the company’s highest-impact opportunities to accelerate performance.

Prior to joining Intelex, Avi served as Chief Financial Officer at GlobalVision. He has also held senior finance leadership roles at Top Hat, Stericycle, SodaStream, and Deloitte Canada, where he led initiatives spanning financial strategy, M&A, and business transformation. Known for building high-performing teams and aligning finance closely with operations, Avi plays a key role in enabling scalable growth and execution. Avi is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is based in the Greater Toronto Area with his family.

Amy Fanara

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Amy joined Intelex in November of 2022 to lead the global sales organization, which includes business development, global sales, pre-sales, revenue operations and the partner and alliances team. Prior to joining Intelex, Amy spent nearly 20 years at ADP leading top-producing sales teams. After ADP, Amy was hired to transform the Commercial Healthcare segment at Conduent. Most recently, Amy was the Chief Revenue Officer at LRN, where she was responsible for leading global sales, customer success and revenue operations.

Amy grew up in Michigan, served in the USAF as an avionics electrician, has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas. She is the proud mother to 4 daughters and 1 son.

Eugene Venter

Chief Customer Officer

Eugene brings over 25 years of expertise in customer delivery management, having worked with leading organizations around the world.

Most recently, Eugene served as Vice President of Global Operations at Teletrac Navman, a Vontier company, where he successfully led global customer service, support, and success teams. In this role, he spearheaded the Global Service Delivery Organization, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process—from deal closure to seamless customer enablement. Teletrac Navman was previously part of Fortive, prior to the Vontier spin-off, so Eugene brings with him prior experience with our Fortive Business System (FBS). Additionally, Eugene played a pivotal role in implementing the Vontier Business System (VBS) across Teletrac, driving operational excellence and efficiency worldwide.

Eugene is based in California, where he likes to spend time with his wife Diane and their fur babies, Honey and Calico. He enjoys taking part in Ironman events and is an Ironman World Championship qualifier.

Clay Hughes

General Counsel, Legal

Clay has served as Intelex’s General Counsel & DPO since 2020. Clay oversees all legal aspects of Intelex’s international business dealings, including corporate & commercial, data privacy, compliance programs, licensing & IP, M&A, litigation, labor & employment, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, Clay has helped companies in the software, tech, manufacturing, and health care industries innovate, develop, and commercialize products and services.

Clay holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney. Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Kristin O'Brien

Vice President, Human Resources

Kristin O’Brien joined Intelex in January 2024 to lead the Human Resources function. Prior to joining Intelex, Kristin’s 20+ years of experience spans HR business partner, center of expertise, and transformation roles in operating models across the globe. Kristin has worked across multiple industries including large-scale retail, public health, and consumer goods and technology manufacturing.

Originally from Australia, Kristin has a Bachelor of Psychology from The University of Sydney. Now living in Minnesota, Kristin enjoys spending time with her three young-adult children (when they want to spend time with her!) and traveling with her partner.
