Scott Gaddis is Vice President, Global Practice Leader, Safety and Health, for Intelex Technologies in Toronto, Canada. Scott leads integration of the EHSQ Alliance in thought leadership and building partnerships with key clients and other top influencers in EHS. He is responsible for the engagement of EHS professionals across the globe to provide a platform for sharing information and collectively driving solutions that mitigate workplace loss.

Before joining Intelex, Scott was Vice President, Global Environment, Health, and Safety for Coveris High Performance Packaging Company,  Executive Director of Global EHS for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Global Director of Occupational Safety and Health at Kimberly-Clark and GE Company as EHS Director. Mr. Gaddis has been published in various EHS trade journals and has lectured at National and International EHS conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University in Murray, KY.


Scott Gerard has over 20 years of experience, and is a dynamic EHS leader known for elevating safety culture through strategic initiatives. He excels in developing comprehensive safety programs, policies, and training, fostering compliance, and driving safety culture transformations. Scott’s impressive journey includes roles like National Director EHS at Turner Construction, EHS Manager at Moss & Associates with a recognized AED program, and Corporate Director Safety & Risk Management at Eaglemed. Notably, as VP – Corporate EHS at Moss & Associates, he directed safety strategies across regions, achieving outstanding safety performance, mitigating risks, and nurturing a safety culture embraced at all organizational levels during a period of rapid expansion. Scott’s numerous EHS certifications highlight his proficiency in establishing robust management systems that ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.


Allie Kroeger is a full-time EHS Director at Buckeye Elm Contracting, overseeing various construction projects', environmental, health and safety management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She has over 10 years of experience in the EHS field, with a strong background in environmental science, health, and occupational safety.

She is passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors and minimizing their operations' environmental impact. She has successfully implemented EHS software, conducted safety and OSHA-certified training, and reduced workplace incidents and injuries by 50%. She also leverages her Spanish-speaking skills and pursued her PhD in Safety Sciences to provide consulting and education services to diverse clients and students. She is proud to be recognized as a nominee for the Safety Professional of the Year awards in 2020 and 2021 and as a Rising Star in 2021.
