The Challenge for Linde
Following its merger with Praxair, Linde faced the complex task of unifying its safety management system across a global organization operating more than 2,000 sites in over 100 countries. Multiple legacy systems made it difficult to standardize reporting, benchmark safety performance, and generate consistent KPIs across business units.
Without a single, integrated platform, Linde struggled to create a transparent reporting culture where frontline employees felt empowered to report incidents, particularly low-severity ones that could strengthen leading indicators and drive proactive risk management.

How Intelex Helped Linde
