Melissa joined Intelex in November 2021 to lead the formation and execution of Intelex’s strategy as it delivers safer, cleaner, and more efficient operations for customers. Since joining Danaher in 2010, she’s driven growth across the portfolio, including turning around sales and marketing at Accruent, delivering DD revenue and engagement growth at Fluke Calibration, launching NPIs at Tek, and building the first IoT business within Danaher & Fluke Industrial.

Prior to joining Fortive, Melissa served as a Captain in the US Army, where she led a company in Iraq. Melissa earned an MBA from Harvard and an BA in Economics from Dartmouth.

With over 10 years' experience in EHS software implementations and a technical background, she uses technology to define products that solve customer problems and add value to businesses. Before moving to product organisation, she worked as a consultant advising clients on how they can use EHS solutions and technology to manage risks in their organisation and how to assess the effectiveness of having these solutions in place.

Mahdi is Senior Director of AI/ML for Intelex Technologies in Toronto, Canada. Mahdi provides leadership in ML science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in the development of current or future products or technologies. He is responsible to lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization. Before joining Intelex, Mahdi was the CTO at ehsAI responsible for developing the company’s technology vision, strategy, and tactics. He spearheaded all technical M&A in the sale of ehsAI to Intelex in 2020. He has been active in startup companies' advisory roles for over 4 years through Creative Destruction Laboratory. Previously, he was the Director of Core Research and Development at Motion Metrics International Corp, where he led product development within a cross-functional team of AI researchers, software developers, and hardware engineers. Mahdi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Catherine Hughes is a Training Specialist at Intelex. In this role, she develops training programs for Intelex customers tailored to their specific configurations. Her passion for EHS software and its life-saving impact originated during the COVID-19 pandemic where she provided healthcare software training. As a result of this experience, she fully understands how software will continuously adapt to its ever-changing environment and the impacts this can have on training.

Jeff Ladner

Jeff Ladner leads Intelex's product strategy, planning, and delivery. Jeff joined Intelex in August 2021 coming from a competitor, Sphera, where he led their EHS & Sustainability portfolio through significant M&A-driven growth and the transformation to a SaaS business. His professional background includes product leadership roles across diverse markets including business information services, network services, re-insurance, and consumer IT services.

Jeff earned an MBA from University of Delaware and BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. When not working or spending time with his family (wife Natasha, son Coldon, daughters Reygan and Willow), he enjoys cycling, running and coaches a youth running league for 9- to 14-year-olds.

Scott Gaddis is Vice President, Global Practice Leader, Safety and Health, for Intelex Technologies in Toronto, Canada. Scott leads integration of the EHSQ Alliance in thought leadership and building partnerships with key clients and other top influencers in EHS. He is responsible for the engagement of EHS professionals across the globe to provide a platform for sharing information and collectively driving solutions that mitigate workplace loss.

Before joining Intelex, Scott was Vice President, Global Environment, Health, and Safety for Coveris High Performance Packaging Company, Executive Director of Global EHS for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Global Director of Occupational Safety and Health at Kimberly-Clark and GE Company as EHS Director. Mr. Gaddis has been published in various EHS trade journals and has lectured at National and International EHS conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University in Murray, KY.

Mikki is a member of the Global Operational Integrity (HSE) department in SGS in her function as global handler of digital communications and IT projects management. She has over 13 years of experience in end-to-end HSE software implementation and data analytics. Mikki is based in Dubai, UAE - born and raised in the Philippines. At work, she is commonly seen as a ringmaster and moderator of globally sponsored digital events tackling current topics on Health and Safety. At home, she is a wife and a mother to Jill (10) and Keo (8), just trying her best to parent and cultivate an environment enabling well adjusted, kind and active kids. She shares 4 Yorkshire Terriers with her sister and occasionally can be seen engaging in sporting activities like basketball and volleyball (more like watching…). She is a proud “taek-mom-do”, supporting her children’s martial arts (taekwondo) interests. She writes every now and then, nothing published – but short essays on parenting, expat living in the UAE and women working in safety to name a few topics. A lover of food and can give Alison Roman a run for her money on her own version of The Spicy Chicken Piccata.
