The conference will be held at the Sofitel Hotel, which is conveniently located at London Heathrow Airport. For more information on getting to the hotel, see How do I travel to the conference?
The conference will begin Tuesday, June 13th at approximately 8:30 a.m. (agenda to be finalised) and conclude at noon on Wednesday, June 14th. Delegates should plan to arrive either the evening of Monday, June 12th or early morning on Tuesday, June 13th in time for morning registration.
Travel to the Sofitel Hotel is easy and convenient for all domestic and international attendees.
By air:
- From Heathrow Terminal 5 (British Airways & Iberia Terminal), there is a direct walkway into the hotel from Arrivals.
- From any other Heathrow terminal, there is a shuttle or taxi direct to the hotel.
By rail:
- The Heathrow Express or London Underground Piccadilly Line take you directly to Heathrow Terminal 5.
- From Heathrow Terminal 5 (British Airways & Iberia Terminal), there is a direct walkway into the hotel from Arrivals.
By car:
There is a large underground car park on site. Follow road signs to Heathrow Terminal 5. From the circular, follow the signs to the Sofitel Hotel and car park.
Car parking charges apply as follows:
- £16.00 for stays up to 10 hours
- £20.00 for stays between 10 and 24 hours
- £20.00 per period or part thereof for stays longer than 24 hours
To qualify for the discounted conference rate, your ticket must be validated at the conference welcome desk and then paid at the Meeting and Events Reception or at the hotel reception before leaving the car park.

Please book as soon as possible to guarantee a room. If for any reason there are no rooms left available at your time of booking, or you would like to explore options off site, there are plenty of other options within a very short distance to the venue.
As is typical in EMEA, tickets for this conference are free of charge. If you register and then decide not to attend, please send your cancellation to [email protected]. Planning for the correct numbers will help us guarantee a better attendee experience.
No. You must arrange and pay for your own transportation and accommodation.

A laptop is recommended but not required. Complimentary hotel WiFi will be provided. Don't forget your power adapter.
Casual business attire is recommended, but wear something you will be comfortable in during a full day of sessions. There is a Gala Dinner on the evening of June 13th, to which you are welcome to bring evening wear. Black-tie attire is not required.

Access to the conference is for badge holders only. Anyone without a badge will not be admitted.
In addition, we will use scanning technology to record attendance. Sponsors may also request to scan your badge to record your interest and provide you with more information about their products and services.

Yes. If you book your hotel using the designated link, your room rate will include breakfast. All other food and drink will be included in your registration until the end of the conference.
