This is a great opportunity for you to connect with live experts as they discuss topics most important to you. An Intelex expert will moderate the conversation alongside two panelists including one Intelex and one industry expert.

We have cut down topics into interactive, bite-sized 45-minute panel discussions incorporating Q & A throughout. Using our polling feature, you will drive the conversation so you get the most out of each session.

Time and Cadence
Join us virtually on Zoom for 45 minutes at the beginning of each month as we discuss different pertinent topics around EHSQ. All sessions are listed above are in Eastern time.

Each month we will bring a new and important topic pertinent to you in the EHSQ world. With a new, ever-evolving landscape we now call our norm, experts will provide you with best practices you can apply in your workplace. We welcome all job roles to participate!

Facilitators and Panelists:

Lauren Charbon

Senior Product Marketing Manager,
Intelex Technologies ULC

Lauren graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2014 and has worked as a Product Marketer ever since. Her experience ranges from start-ups to national telecommunication providers and global payroll technology. Lauren joined Intelex in 2018 and owns the EHS portfolio, supporting Sales teams, Product innovation and conducting EHS market research.

Debra Koehler, MBA, PMP

Director, Solution & Industry Marketing,
Intelex Technologies ULC

Debra currently leads the Product and Customer Marketing functions at Intelex, where the focus is to enable successful customer acquisition and expansion, primarily through product launches, promotional campaigns, and programs designed to turn customers into advocates. In addition to keeping a pulse on the market, Debra and her team also serve as a channel into the product development process with market input and customer feedback gained from various outreach efforts. With a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and over 20 years in product management, Debra uses her education, experience and most of all her passion to help customers achieve more, be more with technology that makes sense.

David D. Wagner

Director of Applications Engineering & Product Knowledge,
Industrial Scientific

Dave Wagner is currently the Director of Application Engineering and Product Knowledge. He has been extensively involved with the development and application of portable gas monitoring instruments and the development of innovative solutions to complex gas monitoring problems since joining the company in 1986.

Dave is a member of the AIHA Real Time Detection Systems Committee and serves on the NFPA 350 committee creating a best practice guide for confined space entry.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Management and Technology from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Michael Wegleitner

Corporate Director of Health & Safety,
Hecla Mining Company

Corporate Director of Health & Safety with the Hecla Mining Company with US and international responsibility for Hecla’s health and safety management systems. Prior to Hecla, Michael was employed by Rio Tinto (Simandou Iron Ore Project, Guinea, Health & Safety Manager), URS Corporation (Health, Safety & Environmental Manager), North American Coal (Health, Safety & Security Manager). His 35+ years of mining, construction and energy industry experience includes health, safety, environment, security, operations, procurement and inventory control. Michael earned a M.S. in Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and a B.S. in Business Administration & Economics from North Dakota State University. He is a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Mine Safety Professional, and Emergency Medical Technician. Michael currently serves as a board member for the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Health and Safety Certification Board, Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration - Certified Mine Safety Professional Certification Development and Examination Review Committee member, Board of Certified Safety Professionals Certification Development and Examination Review Committee member, Colorado School of Mines Health & Safety Advisory Committee member, University of Arizona IMR Health & Safety Advisory Committee member, National Mining Association CORESafety Committee member, and American Mining and Exploration Association Health & Safety Committee member.
