EHSQ and 360-Degree Organizational Performance

Organizational performance spans many factors beyond financial performance. For example, a badly timed recall, outbreak, social media disaster, serious workplace injury or death can have lingering effects. Beyond costs to reputation and revenue impacts, processes may have to be adjusted, and performance impacts can ripple. This webinar covers the many ways to monitor and manage performance in an organization and how they are interrelated, including product performance, process performance, performance from the customer's perspective, leadership outcomes, market results, and strategic performance. Find out how Environment, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) contributes to overall performance, and how to use EHSQ to make your organization more efficient and effective.
