How to Find Your Internal Intelex Administrator

Because your company's Intelex system is private and secure, our public support team cannot directly modify your password or manage your local training tasks. If you are locked out or need access, please use these quick methods to find your company's designated support contact:

• Check Your Local Intranet
  • Visit your company's internal portal, IT helpdesk, or employee directory. Search for terms like: Intelex, Safety Software Support, EHS Portal, or System Administrator.
• Review Your Email Inbox
  • Search your work email archive for your original system welcome email or training notifications. Look for emails sent from [email protected] or messages containing your system credentials. The sender or footer usually lists your internal support team's email.
• Contact Your Direct Supervisor
  • Speak with your immediate manager, EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) representative, or Quality Assurance supervisor. Ask: "Who is our company's primary coordinator or system administrator for the Intelex safety tracking system?"

Choose this path if you are the designated coordinator of your enterprise's IT configuration or Intelex environment.
