[Toronto, Canada – July 17, 2025] Intelex Technologies ULC, a leading global provider of cloud-based environmental, health, safety and quality (EHSQ) management software, today announced its Q2 2025 product launch, introducing new risk management applications and significant platform enhancements designed to eliminate inefficiencies in EHSQ operations. The release focuses on expanding platform capabilities while delivering solutions that give organizations greater visibility, control, and real-time risk response capabilities.
The Q2 release introduces new capabilities that transform how organizations manage risk by connecting data streams, automating manual processes, and enabling real-time field assessments. These updates help organizations manage EHSQ operations more efficiently by simplifying complex processes, reducing administrative burden, and making it faster and easier to track and manage workplace risks.
New Risk Management Applications
The centerpiece of the Q2 launch is the Global Risk Management application, which integrates seamlessly with new Advanced Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Field-Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA) modules. Administrators can now build comprehensive risk registers and link them to incidents, observations, tasks, controls, and corrective actions. Risk owners receive notifications of related events and can schedule control checks to ensure controls remain effective across the organization.
The Advanced JSA and FLHA applications enable workers and supervisors to conduct mobile risk reviews using reusable work-step templates or on-demand assessments. These mobile-first tools calculate residual risk for each job step, create real-time action plans for team members, and provide the information needed to make informed stop-work or proceed decisions to ensure team awareness and prevent injuries.
“Intelex’s new risk tools aren’t just features—they’re transforming how we approach proactive EHSQ,” said Scott Gaddis, VP of Safety and Health at Intelex. “By linking field assessments, risk registers, and JHAs, we’re helping customers quantify risk and drive meaningful risk mitigation with a closed loop of learning and prevention.”
Enhanced Platform Experiences
The Q2 release delivers platform-wide improvements that make Intelex more powerful, easier to use, and simpler to connect with existing technology systems. Key enhancements include a modernized interface with over 40 improvements for better mobile responsiveness, consistent dropdown behavior, and streamlined navigation across all applications.
New search and selection capabilities allow users to quickly find information through intelligent auto-complete dropdown functionality and improved grid interfaces that provide clearer user guidance and feedback.
A new multi-dimensional hierarchies capability enables administrators to more effectively structure the platform to match their business operations, making it easier to build insightful reports and analytics.
Expanded Integration Capabilities
Two new APIs enhance integration with existing technology stacks. The Outbound API enables real-time, event-triggered data delivery to third-party systems, while the User Management API allows external systems to programmatically manage user records, helping IT teams maintain accurate access controls without administrative overhead.
Environmental Management Updates
For environmental compliance operations, the Q2 release includes Field Group Dispatch capabilities that simplify large-scale field operations by enabling task distribution to groups rather than individuals, improving both administrative efficiency and system performance. Additionally, a new partnership with Deck.co enables automated utility data ingestion for emissions tracking, eliminating manual data entry and accelerating sustainability reporting processes.
These updates build on Intelex’s ongoing commitment to helping organizations achieve safer, more sustainable operations through continuous innovation and platform enhancements. The integrated approach ensures that safety management, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency work together to create more effective EHSQ programs.
