Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada – 2012

Intelex was one of only 10 Toronto businesses included in the Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada ranking, which was facilitated by Queen’s School of Business and AON Hewitt. A key metric of the study was employee engagement, calculated through a confidential, companywide survey all participant organizations had to complete. The average engagement score for this year’s winners was 83 per cent, while other participants in the study had an average score of 61 per cent.
