Intelex celebrates key customer and partnership successes achieved in 2023

Press Release Date January 1, 2024

We are proud to have supported and grown our customer portfolio across 2023 – helping to create a future of safe and sustainable business management practices.

Our customer portfolio spans a wide range of safety-critical sectors, and new customers in 2023 included global airline Virgin Atlantic, which has benefited from the flexibility of the Intelex system to cater to its varying needs; Linde, an international gas and engineering company, that has significantly improved its safety management strategy; and George’s, one of the United States’ largest vertically integrated poultry producers that strengthened its overall safety culture, worker engagement, communication and training for frontline workers by gradually implementing a variety of Intelex applications.

Following a significant increase in demand for our integrated software solution across Spain and Portugal, we further bolstered our offering across these countries via a new partnership with Laragon Sustainability Solutions. Through this partnership, Laragon provides implementation and consulting services to ensure our customers across the region are fully supported in their quest to create safer working practices.

Another key partnership we entered into in 2023 was with Computer Vision company Protex AI, a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable organizations to gain greater visibility of unsafe behaviours in their facilities. This partnership represents a way for organizations to take their safety culture to new levels – particularly in terms of proactivity.

Melissa Hammerle, President, Intelex, said: “Empowering and investing in our customers to help change business for good was a huge priority for Intelex last year – and will continue to be in 2024. It’s extremely positive to see that our new and retained customers recognize the importance of their impact on the environment, the well-being of their employees and the creation of safer working practices – all visions we feel passionately about and will continue to pioneer.

“In 2024, our main drive will be to continue supporting our customers in different regions across the globe to link their challenges with clear actions to drive health and safety maturity through data management, reporting and performance measurement.”

Our successes were further recognised when we were named as a leader by independent analyst firm Verdantix in its new research report ‘Green Quadrant: Process Safety Management Software 2023’. We were proud to score particularly highly for our connected worker safety application, critical event management (CEM) and emergency response solution. Our innovative integrations and close partnerships with third parties were cited as significant differentiating factors – including those with Honeywell, Fortive-owned Industrial Scientific and Protex AI.
