The roadshow will be held in Brisbane on 13th & 14th August 2025.
13th August is a full day running from 8am – 5pm, plus evening hospitality for those that wish to participate, and the 14th August finishes at 1:30pm.
Accommodation can be booked at the venue or nearby hotels, if required. Any bookings should be made by individuals.
This event is free of charge to attend. If you register and subsequently cannot attend, please send your cancellation to [email protected].
Planning for the correct numbers will help us guarantee a better attendee experience.
No. You must arrange and pay for your own transportation and accommodation.

A laptop is not required, but you are of course welcome to bring one with you. Complimentary WiFi will be provided.
Casual business attire is recommended; wear something you will be comfortable in during a full day of sessions.
Every effort has been made to select an accessible venue for all. Please check with the venue directly with any specific questions or requests you may have.
A working breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided, FOC.
