Intelex Appoints Avi Kamboj as Chief Financial Officer

[Toronto, Canada — April 30, 2026] Intelex Technologies ULC, a global provider of cloud-based environmental, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ) management software, appointed Avi Kamboj, as Chief Financial Officer. Kamboj brings over 15 years of finance leadership experience in high-growth SaaS and B2B software companies. 

As CFO, Kamboj will oversee Intelex’s global finance operations, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, revenue management, and accounting. He will join the executive leadership team and work with business leaders to support growth and ensure disciplined capital allocation. 

Before joining Intelex, Kamboj was CFO at GlobalVision and held senior finance roles at Top Hat, Stericycle, SodaStream, and Deloitte Canada, leading initiatives in financial strategy, M&A, and business transformation.
