Brian Ice

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Brian joined Intelex in January 2021 as Chief Product & Engineering Officer and recently transitioned into CMO role in January 2023. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of Intelex’s marketing and strategy initiatives, which includes leading our digital marketing, demand generation & field marketing, branding & content creation, product marketing, and strategy teams. Prior to joining Intelex, Brian was the General Manager for the Mainstream Solutions product line at Tektronix. During his career, Brian has worked in leadership roles across EHS, Test & Measurement, Cloud/IT Services, and Mil/Gov industries with much of his time in software-centric marketing, engineering, and business leadership roles.

Brian holds a BS and MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Tepper School at Carnegie Mellon. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, watching/playing sports, reading and traveling internationally.

Amar Arekapudi

Chief Customer Officer

Amar has built a career transforming businesses with a customer-focused approach, a drive to improve processes and strategic team building for both the long- and short-term.

Before joining Intelex, Amar worked at the General Electric Company (GE) in various sales, marketing, operations and customer success / services functions. He spent the majority of that time in software, building GE Digital’s Global Services and Customer Success teams and working with customers to deliver GE’s software and consulting services to improve their adoption and ROI.

Amar lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two kids. He has both a BSBA and BSIM from Washington University in St. Louis as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Jeff Ladner

Chief Product Officer

Jeff Ladner leads Intelex's product strategy, planning, and delivery. He brings a passion for driving innovation and product-led growth to solve customer problems. Jeff joined Intelex in August 2021 coming from Sphera where he led their EHS & Sustainability portfolio through significant M&A-driven growth and the transformation to a SaaS business. His professional background includes product leadership roles across diverse technology and end-markets including business information services, network services, re-insurance, and consumer IT services.

Jeff earned an MBA from University of Delaware and BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. When not working or spending time with his wife and three children, he enjoys cycling, running and coaches a youth running club.

Ahsan Ali

Vice President, Finance

Ahsan Ali, Vice President, Finance, joined Intelex in November 2021 with a wealth of financial experience and expertise from almost 10 years of various leadership roles at Fortive. Most recently, Ahsan lead the finance department at Setra Systems (a Fortive Company headquartered out of Massachusetts, USA) and helped navigate the company through the various challenges presented by the pandemic with minimum disruption to both US and China operations as the company grew to record levels. Through Fortive Business Solutions (FBS), Ahsan was able to drive continued improvements across the finance teams ensuring efficient processes and sound controls to deliver strong results. Prior to joining Fortive, Ahsan has spent 8 years in public accounting with KPMG with a focus on manufacturing and technology companies, as well as a short stint within the wireless division at BCE. Ahsan holds a BAS-Accounting degree from York University, Toronto and is a CPA from Ontario. In his spare time, Ahsan enjoys hiking, travel, and various sports.

Amy Fanara

Chief Sales Officer

Amy joined Intelex in November of 2022 to lead the global sales organization, which includes business development, global sales, pre-sales, revenue operations and the partner and alliances team. Prior to joining Intelex, Amy spent nearly 20 years at ADP leading top-producing sales teams. After ADP, Amy was hired to transform the Commercial Healthcare segment at Conduent. Most recently, Amy was the Chief Revenue Officer at LRN, where she was responsible for leading global sales, customer success and revenue operations.

Amy grew up in Michigan, served in the USAF as an avionics electrician, has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas. She is the proud mother to 4 daughters and 1 son.

Rose Schamberger

Chief Technology Officer

Rose joined Intelex in September 2021 as the SVP of Engineering, and recently transitioned into the Chief Technology Officer role in January 2023. Rose brings a wealth of engineering expertise. She was most recently the Sr. Director of Engineering at Frontdoor. In this role, Rose was responsible for building and leading a high-performing global engineering team. Her role included leading the migration from legacy platforms to a more reliable and better performing architecture, while supporting the business to become more digital-driven and provide customers better self-service options.

Rose graduated with her B.S. in Computer Science from Universidad Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and completed her MBA at Lake Forest School of Management in Illinois. She has specialization courses in ML for Business (MIT) and Strategic Leadership (UW Lubar). Rose and her husband, Erik, have three young adults. They reside in Denver with their adorable dog Luna. Rose enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, volunteering, and spending time in the outdoors with Erik, Luna, and the kids.
