Our Free, 3-Day Conference in a Nutshell

With the first phase of the COVID-19 outbreak coming to an end in most regions, the majority of organizations are on the path to returning to work. As such, the objectives of our Ready2Return virtual conference were to present strategic and tactical recommendations to help organizations return to regular operations – all while minimizing risk, addressing key challenges and ensuring business continuity. This includes everything from presenting solutions that can be implemented quickly to adapt to immediate needs, the importance of agility and course correction and lastly, the need to develop long-term strategies.

Designed to provide attendees with best practices and insights from industry experts, our conference was packed with five sessions per day, each of which were facilitated by industry experts. Each day focused on one of the three themes that are core components of our return to work model: Respond, Return and Reimagine.

Seven Tracks to Choose From

As each phase poses different challenges and has its own set of key considerations, we’ve categorized the sessions and placed them into one of our seven tracks:

  1. Business Continuity and Emergency preparedness
  2. Communication
  3. HR & Privacy
  4. Employee Health & Safety
  5. Regulations & Compliance
  6. Physical & Medical Considerations
  7. Supply Chain Readiness
