- Fast implementation: Requirements gathering began in September 2012, with the team working diligently to streamline the approvals process. On January 1, 2013, the new Intelex supplier management solution was rolled out simultaneously to all 20 plants across seven countries: India, China, Australia, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and Poland.
- Comprehensive solution: Nexteer implemented Intelex Supplier Management, Product Defects, and Application Builder to centralize supplier data, eliminate duplicate entries, and improve communication about product defects and corrective actions.
