Position Overview

As a member of the Revenue Operations department you will be part of the team responsible for the maintenance and continual improvements for the Salesforce.com platform and its related tools

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Work with the team as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle all basic administrative function including user setup and reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks
  • Perform regular data cleanliness tasks using Salesforce.com best practice
  • Perform declarative and basic programmatic Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, etc.)
  • Facilitate on the documentation of SFDC processes and automation rules including workflows, process builders, flows and triggers
  • Assist in training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Developing prototypes and designs
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices, including testing, evaluation and implementation.

  • Demonstrated the ability to understand vague requirements and execute its delivery into functional processes

Technical Competencies ( Required)

  • CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) experience 

Technical Competencies (Preferred)

  • A good grasp on object-oriented programming concepts
  • Keen interest in developing commonly used industry programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and an OOP language [Java, C#, etc.]


  • A year of working/internship experience preferred but not required
  • Experience working in Lightning a plus
  • Experience working with FinancialForce (including PSA), Pardot, Gainsight a huge plus
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience as a developer a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or previous experience in a similar role
