Scheduling by Workgroup

Intelex's Training Management System enables administrators to set up "workgroups" that streamline training tracking, scheduling, and updating processes.

 

The workgroups can be used to group training requirements in various ways such as:

• job function,

• work location,

• common requirements, or

• other defined similarities.

Training courses can be assigned to entire workgroups which enables training scheduling and updating to be done for many employees at one time.

 

Training Scheduling by Individual

Training can be assigned directly to an employee, stakeholder, or specific individual.

 

Training Tracking

Track all training requirements on a frequency and next date basis and alert administrators when requirements are upcoming/overdue with Intelex's training tracking system.
