User Specific Views
The Intelex Training Management system automates the tracking of employee training and includes multiple views specific to each user.  General access users (such as employees, contractors, etc) can utilize several tools available to ensure training qualifications are always up to date.

Automatic Email Notifications
Automatic email notifications are sent to employees for upcoming courses.

Requirements that are pending or overdue can trigger escalating email notifications to the supervisor or manager responsible ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

My Training Menu
Each employee has access to a "My Training" menu that summarizes all upcoming requirements and displays training history.  (Optional access can be provided to external parties).

My Staff's Training Menu
Users with supervisor access are able to access a “My Staff's Training” menu to ensure all training is being carried out as planned.

My Location's Tasks Menu
Site, regional, divisional, and corporate managers have access to a ”My Location's Tasks” menu which contains employee training summaries for each location.
