The Intelex systems utilize industry standard database systems and is open to be integrated with other enterprise data management systems.

The Intelex systems can interchange data with other systems using a range of formats, including text files, spreadsheet formats, dBase files, SQL compatible database tables and several others. The interchange is bi-directional, Intelex can receive data files from an external system and enter that data into the Intelex database, or can send data out to other systems. The portion of Intelex system that renders this functionality it called the External Database Integration Subsystem (“EDIS”).
