Scheduling by Workgroup

Project Scheduling Software functionality enables administrators to set up workgroups that streamline the project scheduling, tracking, and monitoring process. 

 

These workgroups can be used to group project responsibilities by job function, work location, task description, or other similarities.  Projects assigned to workgroups enable project scheduling and updating to be done for many employees at a time. 

 

Scheduling by Individual

Project responsibilities can also be assigned directly to an employee or other stakeholder.  This is useful for projects that are smaller in scope.

The system tracks all project requirements on a frequency and next date basis, and alerts administrators when requirements are upcoming/overdue.
