Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15 Now Available

Intelex Technologies Inc., a leader in Business Performance Management (BPM) software announced the availability of Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15. Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15 integrates the requirements of multiple management systems into a central information portal helping organizations reduce duplication of effort, increase efficiencies, and lower overall costs of management system maintenance. The latest release of this popular software offers improved usability throughout the system, numerous system enhancements, and tighter overall integration between modules.

Document Control: The document control tool in Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15 includes numerous enhancements:

• Full Text Search functionality has been added to the Released Documents List providing more comprehensive search results;
• All Document Control emails now have the DocumentTitle in the subject line and a 'sent by' and 'timestamp' included in the footer;
• A new Document Approvals page has been added which tracks who sent out Document Approvals and who responded to the task if it was someone other than the employee. (This page can be viewed by clicking on the Approval Record ID in the Approvals List);
• The 'Download copy of Document' button has been renamed 'View copy of Document' to better reflect the various options available from within this feature;
• The Link Builder and Folder Link Builder features have been added to the Released Documents List and dcpublic.asp;

Training Management: Improvements to the training management tools in Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15 include:

• The addition of the 'Mandatory' field has been added to help facilitate the attendance of required training courses;
• Location field has been made a dropdown on the Course Details page providing the ability to change the location of a course in the event a course should be accessible to more locations;
• The Training Status page has been expanded to 100 records for easier viewing;
• The ability to Assign multiple employees to a Training Course has been added (previously, assigning to multiple employees was only capable through Work Groups);
• Compliance Monitoring capabilities have been added:
  
  • My Staff’s Compliance as a percentage has been added to the Dashboard;
  • Training Compliance Report now includes a "Compliant as a percentage" column summarizing training progress;

Key Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15 Features: The following enhancements are also included with Intelex 2.0.6 Build 15:

• System Administrators can now personalize all reminder emails by adding customized footers;
• A grid has been added to the Responsibilities list on the Re-Assign Employee Responsibility screen to make it easily readable and checkable;
• An Outstanding Nonconformance List summarizing only open nonconformances has been added to the Nonconformances, Corrective/Preventive Actions module;
• Dashboard name has been changed from 'Manager' to "Dashboard";
• The "Active Location" dropdown now displays a FULL list of Locations when selected;
