Types of Documents

Intelex's Document Control System enables document tracking for any type of document, in any format.  Manage Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio documents as well as other industry standard formats such as WordPerfect, AutoCAD, scanned documents, and images.

 

Document Revisions

The Intelex Document Control System will archive all revisions of a document for future access.  Though most users can only access the most current versions of documents, Full Access Users can view the following information for each past revision of a document:

• Revision information

• Approvals for that revision

• Distribution for that revision

• Change requests

• Reviews

• Previous version of the document

• Other revision information

Document Tracking

Extensive document tracking capabilities include the ability to:

• track the number of individuals reading documents

• track user information, date, time, and document read status
