Intelex-Exchange is a one-stop shop for our customers. It's an online community where Intelex users can collaborate with the community and access hundreds of free resources:
- register for and view previously recorded webinars;
- download free reports and dashboards;
- create a profile and connect with the Intelex team and other Intelex customers;
- participate in discussion forums;
- access training documents, release notes, and technical support;
- and stay up-to-date on Intelex updates and upcoming events.

4. Timely Implementation

When you become an Intelex client, we will do everything we can to help you implement and roll out your new system as quickly as possible. No matter how big or small your need, we don't hand over solutions without providing full support. Our team of experts will work with you to separate the project into phases and prioritize those phases, ensuring a smooth implementation plan that works best for you.

5. Collaborative Network of Users
We host an annual User Conference in Toronto, Canada, for all Intelex users. In 2010, over 100 delegates came to Toronto from all over to world to spend two-and-a-half days together sharing their success stories with the Intelex User community, exchanging best practices, and participating in Intelex training workshops. We also host smaller local user conferences in North America and Middle East, where our users have come together to meet other Intelex Users in their very own neighbourhood. Between conferences, Intelex users stay connected via our online portal, Intelex-Exchange.

6. Open Feedback
An integral part of our commitment to you is providing open lines of communication. We won't disappear after you've rolled out the Intelex system to your locations. We will remain in constant dialogue with you via Intelex-Exchange and the Intelex Client eNewsletter. Intelex Account Managers, Global Services & Support, and Client Relations team all welcome your feedback and suggestions.
