Ideal Candidate:

Description:
The Sales Assistant will perform administrative and office-support activities for
the sales team. They will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused
environment. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, managing the lead
database, assigning leads to the sales team, arranging callbacks, and preparing
reports and presentations. Superior computer skills and the ability to perform as
part of a team are a must-have.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Update and manage prospects in Salesforce
- Assign prospects to the sales team through Salesforce
- Report on the status, quality, and quantity of leads in Salesforce
- Arrange "callbacks" for the sales team
- Provide back-up materials for callbacks
- Assist with final preparation of reports and presentations
- Conduct industry research
- Coordinate travel arrangement through outside agents
- Prepare travel itineraries and organize sales/marketing materials
- Complete expense reports
