Job Description:
As part of the Consulting Services Division of the Client Services Department, the
Project Manager will be responsible for all facets of a client implementation, including
working with clients to map out implementation plans, delivering product training,
consulting, guidance and support throughout the duration of the implementation phase.
Expertise in software implementations and project management along with experience
in Environmental, Health, Safety and/or Quality Management Systems will be key for
this role. Due to our broad client base, travel of approx. 30-40% will be required
to our clients’ sites. The Project Manager will report to directly to the EVP –
Client Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control
and closure of Intelex system implementations and other customer related projects.
- Acquire, maintain and apply detailed knowledge of Intelex's product suite;
- Gather client requirements through workshops, training and consulting sessions;
- Configure Intelex's modules to match client's processes and requirements;
- Manage customer driven projects, including customization, iForm development, external
system integration and data imports;
- Interface with other Client Services team members and other Intelex departments
to manage client requirements;
- Continually strive to exceed client expectations.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in information technology, computer sciences,
business or related disciplines
- Experience with enterprise level software implementations, consulting, training
and rollouts at multiple client sites;
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety and/or Quality Management Systems;
- Knowledge of database methodology and reporting tools such as SQL-Server and Business
Objects is an asset;
- Project Management experience and experience using tools such as MS Project;
- PMP Certification is an asset.
