Social Responsibility
We give back to local and global communities through charitable activities coordinated by our social justice committee. We believe in the maxim 'Think Globally, Act Locally' and pursue initiatives that:

  • Raised funds locally and within our organization to support international humanitarian efforts (e.g. Haiti earthquake relief, Red Cross support, sponsoring children in sub-Saharan Africa, etc.)
  • Support our employees' volunteer efforts by offering volunteer days – time off work to pursue volunteer efforts.
  • Hold regular drives for food banks, programs supporting public housing and poverty reduction, the development and enhancement of orphanages in impoverished regions and more.

Environmental Accountability
We strive to continuously improve our environmental performance and reduce our carbon footprint. Our Green Team is constantly exploring new ways to minimize negative environmental impacts. We donate old and unused computer equipment to youth in need of computer hardware and encourage our employees to make sustainable travel, consumption, and waste generation.

From our Wii Lounge to our quarterly employee outings, we know how to have fun! We celebrate births and birthdays with cake and bad singing every month. And some of the team events that Intelex has held in the past include trips to see sporting events and even a casino night!

One of the highlights of our year is the annual Ted Grunau awards, named for after our founder who truly believed in the limitless possibilities of people. On Ted Grunau day, employees are publicly recognized for their outstanding contributions through nomination by their colleagues and managers.
