INTRODUCTION
Intelex Technologies Inc. (Intelex) was founded in 1992 to develop and market software systems designed to drive continual improvement in enterprise Environmental, Quality and Health and Safety performance.

HISTORY
Intelex has a long history of developing EQH&S systems, and an extensive list of happy clients and partners who have helped make Intelex what it is today. Throughout the ‘90’s Intelex developed, distributed and support PC based systems for ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 9000 Quality Management and general safety management systems. These systems were know as the Intelex product line and were successful worldwide, with versions released in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.

THE 'BREAKTHROUGH'
In early 1999 Intelex began the conversion of the PC based product line to an entirely new web based platform. This early adoption of web based technology proved to be an excellent decision, enabling Intelex to release its first 100% web based system in the summer of 2000.

INTELEX TODAY
In the past five years Intelex has continued its commitment to continual improvement by adding to and enhancing the Intelex Web Based System. Intelex now offers a library of over 50 unique modules available to be seamlessly integrated into the Intelex Platform. Each module has been carefully crafted and designed to address a specific business need, enabling organizations to pick and choose the solutions right for them.

CONFIGURABLE SOLUTIONS
Intelex offers configurable Business Performance Management solutions that enable organizations to roll-up their Key Performance Indicators to all levels of the organization by way of a user friendly, configurable, graphical dashboard. The Intelex Key Performance Indicators (iKPI) module enables custom data points, forms, routings and tiered calculations to be developed. All of these pieces can then be assembled into form triggered data collection and workflow processes, enabling an organization wide flow of performance metrics and continual improvement programs.

SYSTEM FEATURES
Intelex’s systems are extremely user friendly, 100% web based, available on an Application Service Provider (ASP) model or as an in-house installation, and are compatible with all industry standard hardware and third party software. Intelex systems delivery highly configurable user views, security and organization wide database maintenance all through the user interface. Intelex also leverages the latest in web based technologies such as java script and XML, which allows the system to operate on any standard web server without overwhelming system requirements.
