TRAINING QUIZ BUILDERThe Intelex Training Quiz Builder module enables organizations to develop and administer custom quizzes for competency testing as part of their training program. The module works in conjunction with the Intelex Document Control and Training Management modules.
MODULE CAPABILITIES
Using this module an organization will have the ability to:
- Create quizzes with multiple choice style or comment style questions.
- Link training and testing to any document stored in the Document Control Module (Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions or Training Materials) to evaluate employee knowledge and competence of specific documents and tasks.
- Launch training PowerPoint presentations directly within the module to enhance user experience and knowledge retention.
- Establish scoring thresholds and set pass/fail standards to gate employee progress.
- Automatically update employee training records from test results.
- Generate custom reports and graphs based on results.
- Automatically notify employees about new documents that have been released or revisions to existing documents that competence must be tested on.
