The Newdell Company was established in 1999 as an industrial manufacturer and wholesaler of valves used in the petrochemical, chemical, and refinery markets. It is currently privately held with its headquarters in Houston, Texas. The Newdell Company is the exclusive North American distributor for PK (Pan Korea) industrial valves. PK has been producing API 600, API 603 and ASME/ANSI B16.34 valves since 1946. The Newdell Company is using Intelex’s Quality Management System.
