Intelex Technologies Inc. is seeking a full time Technical Analyst. This position requires an IT professional to maintain and operate Intelex's growing and changing systems and networks.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Maintain and support Intelex technical infrastructure not limited to: Client Workstations, Servers, Network, Printers, Firewalls, Phone systems, Internet Connections, VPN.
Maintain and support mail systems, databases, web systems, security systems, and test servers.
Hardware and software deployment of new machines.
Maintaining data backups and Disaster Recovery plans.
Maintaining and monitoring the security of systems.
Automating tasks and rolling out software/firmware versions and updates.
Monitoring of infrastructure.
Assisting in purchasing of new hardware and software.
Maintaining software compliance.
Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships.
All other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Experience and strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop software
Experience with virtualization and private/public cloud systems
Experience and strong knowledge of email systems
Experience with vendor management
Knowledge of IT security and hardening systems
Experience with common Network topologies and protocols
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM or other client system deployment strategies
Experience with Backups and Disaster Recovery Planning
Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS is preferred.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office.

Degree or Diploma from a federally recognized University or College
