The Intelex Standard Safety Incident Module enables organizations to effectively
record, track, report, and respond to safety incidents. Like all of Intelex’s software,
the Standard Safety Incident Module utilizes a web-based platform that will enable
your organization to conveniently implement consistent reporting procedures across
departments, divisions, and locations.
The Intelex Standard Safety Incidents Module enables organizations to implement:
- consistent incident reporting organization-wide;
- streamlined incident reporting workflow;
- accurate root-cause analysis;
- effective corrective/preventive actions;
- accurate real-time reporting that leads to realistic safety targets and prevention

When a user enters a new safety incident into the Intelex System mandatory information
fields ensure that all of the necessary incident details are consistently collected
across your organization.
Once an end-user submits an incident, an automatic notification will be triggered
and sent to the person responsible for investigation. Email alerts can also be configured
to automatically send a notification to groups of people/managers depending on the
type and severity of the incident.
When the incident notification is received, the investigator can assign corrective
actions, reassign the incident, or close the incident.
All of the data entered into your Intelex Standard Safety Incidents Module can be
reported on in real-time.
