  • Wanted to implement an easy-to-use, streamlined system to manage and track all compliance-related documentation.
  • Required a more organized and efficient way of providing reports on various activities to the appropriate departments.
  • Wanted to introduce a quick and standardized process for license and permit applications.

Solution

  • Implemented Intelex’s web-based Safety Management System (SMS) to manage and track all compliance-related documentation.
  • Worked with Intelex’s Client Services Team to ensure a successful implementation, in-depth training and ongoing support.
  • Facilitated the process of effectively tracking, and reporting on, all documents related to industry standards and mandatory regulations by using the Legal and Other Requirements Module.
  • Achieved corporate transparency by maintaining internal activity in the Intelex System.
  • Created reports and charts to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
