Implementation:

Intelex's management systems are available on a hosted Application Service Provider (ASP) model or as an in-house installation. They are compatible with all industry standard hardware and third party software. Intelex systems deliver highly configurable user views, security, and organization-wide database maintenance through a single user interface. Our software leverages standard web-based technologies such as JavaScript and XML, which allows the system to operate on any standard web server without requiring complicated setup and installation.

Overview:

Every Intelex installation includes the Intelex Platform ― a web-based operating environment in which the Intelex Management Modules are accessed. The Intelex Platform includes features that are utilized throughout all of the modules within the Intelex System.

Intelex has a unique concept for data management: the user does not find the data - the data finds the user. With "escalating email notifications", the "Manager's Dashboard" and a "My Tasks Menu" for each user, Intelex ensures the right data is seen by the right people at the right time.
