As a Marketing Manager focusing on prospect nurturing and client retention programs, you will develop and implement initiatives to keep customers engaged with the Intelex brand. You will coordinate the annual user conference as well as Intelex participation at relevant conferences to promote our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead nurturing programs; leveraging our internal database to deliver value added content such as webinars, whitepapers and other relevant content.
Develop, promote and coordinate all aspects of the annual Intelex user conference.
Organize participation at industry conferences, executing marketing programs before, during and after each event to maximize ROI on participation.
Evaluate potential opportunities to participate at new industry events.
Manage conference budgets to ensure spend stays within allocated limits.
Produce reports to assess success of conference programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate programs to increase client value and promote products such as webinars and special events.
Conduct email marketing campaigns to ensure engagement with the Intelex brand and influence new sales opportunities with existing prospects and current clients.
Leverage analytics to suggest new potential programs.
Manage our client reference program to ensure a reliable database of clients to provide to prospects.
Create and execute surveys to gauge client satisfaction and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
Create and manage client based content including case studies, client profiles, and obtain logos and testimonials for use on promotional materials.
University or college degree or a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
Understanding or knowledge of marketing automation platforms preferred.
Experience coordinating and promoting events is strongly preferred.
Understanding of client satisfaction and lead nurturing concepts.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Passion for technology and uncanny proficiency with new software tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher).
