George Schmitt & Company was founded in 1874 as a stone lithography company and won national recognition at the 1892 Chicago World's Fair. Today, George Schmitt is a fourth generation, privately held business offering flexographic, rotogravure, and rotary letterpress printing, finishing and converting services. In addition to George Schmitt, we operate two pre-press divisions. George Schmitt has a significant market presence in aviation, beverage, consumer products, government, pharmaceutical, technology, and tobacco markets. George Schmitt is utilizing Intelex's Quality Management System.
