ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

The Intelex Environmental Management System provides a framework for organizations to improve their environmental performance by incorporating environmental considerations into their business decisions and risk management efforts. The system also enables organizations to define and enforce corporate-wide environmental policies, identify environmental aspects, maintain regulatory compliance, and demonstrate due-diligence.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Intelex's Environmental Management System enables compliance with government legislation and industry standards such as ISO 14001, RC14001, and OHSAS 18001.

To facilitate compliance, Intelex's EMS includes the Intelex Compliance Management Suite, which consists of a Legal Requirements Management; Permits & Related Activities; Emergency Response; Maintenance, Measurement & Monitoring, and Operational Control modules.

For organizations preparing to become ISO 14001 registered, the Intelex Environmental Management System can also come pre-loaded with an ISO 14001 Implementation Project Plan. Intelex’s software will generate a custom implementation schedule based on the start date and target completion date determined by your organization’s ISO 14001 Implementation Team. The systems built-in reporting functionality will allow end users to create printable, real-time progress reports for a visual representation of tasks completed.

  Enables users to track the location, person responsible and review cycle for critical environmental records. Electronic and external records are tracked through web-based forms when review dates are pending.
