As part of the Global Services & Support Division, the Consultant is the product expert that provides technical assistance to enterprise clients, advising them on the best use of the software in order to meet their business objectives. Expertise in software implementations and technical consulting are requirements for this role. Experience in Environmental, Health, Safety and/or Quality Management Systems is an asset. Due to our broad client base, travel of approx. 25-50% may be required to our clients' sites.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Act as the subject matter expert in regards to Intelex technology.
Develop technical solutions to ensure clients are using the full capabilities of the system.
Improve structure and efficiency of client's business processes through the software solution.
Provide strategic/expert technical guidance to client.
