AIR EMISSIONS MANAGEMENTWith the implementation of new legislation, pending industry regulations and a movement toward greater corporate social responsibility, tracking and managing air emissions / greenhouse gases has become a high priority. To fill this business need, Intelex has developed the Intelex Air Emissions Management Software Module.
To develop this software, Intelex brought together industry experts, developers, and existing Intelex clients to collaboratively work toward the end goal of creating one of the most comprehensive, configurable, and intuitive air emissions management systems on the market.
In addition to tracking, calculating, and reporting emission factors from multiple point sources, the Intelex Air Emissions Management Module includes a reporting suite that enables users to more easily and effectively translate data into emission reduction plans, tangible energy savings and overall improved business performance. The Intelex OpenPass API can be used to feed data between a client's Intelex Air Management Module and a pre-existing enterprise management application.
Overview
- Import, store and use data on production, electricity usage, vehicle mileage, etc. to determine emissions.
- Collect, track, calculate, and report emission (including GHG) data in a central web-based portal accessible organization-wide.
- Leverage standard emission equations (called "helpers") for broad section of sources, including US EPA AP42 and new GHG requirements
- Flexiblity to easily add or configure helpers to address unique emission calculations, and forecast emissions.
- Establish emission reduction targets and track progress toward those objectives in real-time.
- Define an unlimited number of emission point sources organization-wide.
- Automatically calculate all CO2e resulting from greenhouse gas emissions.
- Create and automatically assign frequency-based emission tasks.
- Send automated escalating email alerts to employee(s) / supervisors assigned pending and incomplete emission tasks.
- Report on emission inventories at a single location, division, or multiple business units with organization-wide roll-up, including real-time corporate dashboards.
- Define and maintain permit compliance at the facility, site, or organization level.
