Intelex 3.3 Now Available Intelex Technologies Inc., the leader in Environmental, Quality, and Health & Safety (EQH&S) Business Performance Management (BPM) software, today announced that Intelex 3.3 is now available. A number of new features have been added which not only improve the capabilities of the system, but allow users to extend their system like never before. Major enhancements to the Intelex System include new Charting and Configurable Reporting tools, integration with Intelex’s new Management-Exchange.com portal, as well as new upgrades to existing modules including Training Management, Audits, and Incident Reporting. Configurable Reporting Suite: The new Configurable Reporting Suite enables users to build custom reports, charts, scorecards, and dashboards to display their Key Performance Indicators in real-time. The suite enables an unlimited number of reporting options which provide excellent visibility of an organization's performance. Users also have the ability to export, import, and share report templates with the Intelex team, Intelex partners, and even with other Intelex customers. This feature is particularly useful when integrated with Intelex’s new Management-Exchange.com website - a portal that allows customers to share and download best practices for the Intelex System. Management-Exchange.com – Best Practice Portal: Intelex’s continued commitment to being a one-stop-shop for Environmental, Quality, Safety, and Business Performance Management tools is driven home by the introduction of the Management-Exchange website. The new website acts as a portal for finding, downloading and sharing best practices for the Intelex System online and is available for free to all Intelex clients. It includes an extensive set of Dashboards, Scorecards and Reports for clients to download and install free of charge. "This comprehensive library of management tools and best practices allows our clients to expand their Intelex systems exponentially," said Mark Jaine, Executive Vice President, Intelex Technologies Inc. "Intelex clients can download powerful tools and templates for their own Intelex installations thereby leveraging the knowledge and experience of our entire client base". New Tools Included in the 3.3 Upgrade: Additional features included with Intelex 3.3 include: - Chart Builder Access – The Chart Builder is now available to all clients and allows the ability to create graphical scorecards that can then be included on customized Dashboards. The Chart Builder is also integrated with the Management-Exchange allowing users to download and import charts directly into their system;
- Training Management Module Updates – The Training Management Module now includes the ability to chart Training Data, the ability to set grace periods for course assignments, and a brand new Training Setup page which allows for configuration of the various options within this module;
- Sub-Forms in iForms – Sub-Forms are a new capability on an iForm that allows for "Parent-Child" relationships. This allows for rich relational databases to be built and deployed throughout the iForms Builder Tool;
- Configurable Audits Module – The Audits Module is now configurable, allowing System Administrators to customize, hide, or make mandatory any of the fields on the audits page;
- Configurable (OSHA) Standard Safety Incidents Module – As with the Audits Module, all fields are now configurable on the Standard Safety Incidents Module;
- License Compliance Module – The new License Compliance module enables the identification of employee licensing requirements, tracking of license expiration dates, and maintenance of license histories for each employee.
