Intelex 3.2 Takes Business Management to a New Level

Intelex Technologies Inc., the leader in EQH&S Business Performance Management (BPM) software, today announced that Intelex 3.2 is now available. This release represents the next major step forward for the Intelex system with the introduction of a host of new configurable features and the Intelex Forms Builder (iForms) module.

Two of the major enhancements to the Intelex System are new configurable tools for data collection and monitoring and the iForms module that enables organizations to build their own Intelex modules complete with configurable inventories, forms, routings, data points and even units of measure. These modules can be used to collect performance data and display that data through metrics and charts on the end user's Scorecards and Dashboards.

Intelex 3.2 allows organizations to go beyond building data collection forms to building complete management initiatives. It enables the deployment of initiatives that involve users at all levels of the organization and that encompass all phases from data collection to data reporting.

New Tools Included in the 3.2 Upgrade: Intelex 3.2 helps organizations assess business performance through a host of new configurable features:

• Dashboard Editor and Scorecard Editor;
• Chart Editor;
• Activity Summary Scorecard Editor (for licensed modules);
• Graphical Summary Scorecard Editor (for licensed modules);
• Instructional Text Scorecard Editor;
• Audit Trail Capability;
• My Calendar, My Staff's Calendar, and My Location's Calendar;
• My Emails Page;
• Help file Upgrade and Update.

Intelex Dashboards & Scorecards: The most noticeable enhancement in Intelex Version 3.2 will be the new Intelex Dashboards. These new Dashboards provide users with more visibility over their performance and are configurable to include the information most critical to them.

The new Dashboard Editor and Scorecard Editor will enable Administrators to create new views for monitoring performance and will provide Full Access and Supervisor Access users with better visibility of their performance goals.

iForms Module Features: The iForms module enables users to build data collection forms on the fly, complete with database tables, cross-field calculations and variable units of measure. Forms built with the iForms module aren't static; they can include automated submission routes for data verification, approvals, and certification.

The tools within the iForms module are designed in a tiered structure, allowing users to build their modules from the ground up. The system also provides several different levels of security enabling work groups to collaborate in building, deploying and monitoring the modules built.

Applications of iForms range from collecting CO2 emissions data to monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives. When data is collected through iForms, it can be analyzed, calculated, and presented to end users through personalized, real-time performance dashboards.

Continual Improvement: Intelex has also been working hard to improve and build on its existing library of Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety, and Business Performance Management Systems, Suites and Modules. Intelex has made many enhancements and improvements to modules such as Document Control, Training Management, Environmental Aspects & Impacts, OSHA Incidents Reporting, and others.
