Intelex 2.0.6 Now Available

Intelex Technologies Inc., the leader in Business Performance Management (BPM) software, is pleased to announce that Intelex 2.0.6 is now available. Strong tracking, analysis, and reporting, along with cutting-edge web based management functionality, continue to distinguish the Intelex management system as the leading BPM software. The Intelex 2.0.6 release represents the next major step forward for the Intelex system with a focus on document control, training management, and a host of new reporting features.

Document Control: The document control tools in Intelex 2.0.6 allow users to analyze, visualize, report, and verify the integrity of management data.

The following new features have been added:

  • The document access log allows users to see who has viewed a document and when they viewed it. This has been added to the general tab when viewing document details;
  • The draft process has been added to document revisions. Drafts can be made from revisions that are not released. This allows users to make changes that are not actual ‘revisions’. And, it works the same way as revisions so users do not need to learn anything new;
  • The document coordinator role has been added to the location setup page for the purpose of change requests;
  • Users now have the ability to upload a suggested document with the option of submitting their request to the document owner or document coordinator;
  • The ability to re-upload master documents functionality can be activated upon request and is useful in cases where users do not want to show corrections as revisions;
  • The improved file uploader lets users quickly upload files into the system;
  • Users can utilize the search all documents checkbox that's been added to the keyword search ability in the released documents list.

Reporting Features: Intelex 2.0.6 has a centralized reporting tool that makes sharing information easy. Users at all levels of the organization can generate reports that summarize performance status and requirements.

The following report types have been added:

  • Outstanding Management Review Follow-up Items Report;
  • Outstanding Audit Follow-up Items Report;
  • Nonconformance List Report;
  • Corrective Action List Report.

Key Intelex 2.0.6 Enhancements: The following portfolio of enhancements is also included with Intelex 2.0.6:

  • The my communications page is accessible from the dashboard allowing users to track closure on what they communicate;
  • The calendar icon on the my tasks page allows users to save tasks into their Outlook calendar;
  • Users have the ability to email system administrator directly from the logon screen;
  • A red X appears on the dashboard beside the messages queue administration link if the nightly notification has not run for over a day;
  • Users can attach documents to the report communication and report nonconformance screens and add pictures or links to policies for a full scope investigation.
